The Magnetic Float Level Transmitter Type LT is an industrial continuous level measurement instrument designed to accurately monitor liquid levels inside tanks and process vessels. It operates using the combined principles of buoyancy and magnetic float technology, where a float moves along a guide tube following the liquid level and generates an electrical signal proportional to the float position.
The LT Series incorporates a series of reed switches installed along the sensing tube. As the float moves, the reed switches change the resistance value, which is converted into a standard 4–20 mA analog output for integration with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other industrial automation systems.
Manufactured from Stainless Steel 304 or 316L, the Magnetic Float Level Transmitter offers reliable performance in pressures up to 16 barg and operating temperatures up to 120°C. It is ideal for measuring water, hot water, oil, chemicals, and various industrial liquids in oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, power generation, and manufacturing industries.
