The Magnetic Float Level Switch With Manual Test Type LLS-MT is an industrial point level switch specifically designed for marine and shipboard tank applications. It operates using the combined principles of buoyancy and magnetic switching, where the float follows the liquid level and actuates electrical contacts to provide reliable level alarm or automatic control signals.

The key feature of the LLS-MT Series is its Manual Test Mechanism, allowing operators to verify the functionality of the level switch without changing the liquid level inside the tank. This simplifies routine inspections, alarm testing, and preventive maintenance while ensuring reliable system operation.

Available with single or dual float configurations, the LLS-MT is manufactured from Stainless Steel SUS304 or SUS316, offering excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. It supports SPST and SPDT outputs, operates at pressures up to 16 barg, and withstands temperatures up to 150°C.

Designed for marine fuel tanks, ballast tanks, fresh water tanks, lubrication oil tanks, and other industrial liquid storage systems, the LLS-MT is also available with an ATEX Explosion Proof IP68 option for hazardous area applications.
